Well I have been cleaning up my old garage (I have moved up to the
silicon valley and I am about to rent out my home), and I found old
contracts on AR with Paradise Programming(Gary Gilbertson and I) and
Datasoft. The contract of course only included city and Dungeon since no
one but myself had rights to the other sequels. The contract stated that
after ten years all rights reverted back to us(there was even a clause
that said it would revert back sooner if they stopped producing the
game). So at present Datasoft and it's successor (ie. Software Toolworks)
have no claim on the products anymore:). Glad I cleaned up my garage.
