- Installed and maintained data and telecommunication cable systems throughout the convention center using fiber-optic, UTP, STP, and coaxial cable.
- Installed and maintained network and telephone systems for some of the largest conventions in the United States, including: American Legion, Novell Brainshare, Outdoor Retailer, Rotary International, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
- Developed networking solutions for convention exhibitors. These services included networking several devices in a single booth, providing fiber-optic links to other areas of the convention center or other booths, setting up speaker-ready services with private networks, and providing public internet cafés.
- Provided technical support, customer service, issue resolution, and computer troubleshooting for individual convention exhibitors.
- Incorporated both secure and standard telephone systems for the White House and CNN during two presidential visits to Salt Lake City.
- Traveled to Houston to assist the Reliant Park IT team with telecommunications and networking for Hurricane Katrina refugees.
