Retreat Topics As our keynote speaker, Howard Rheingold, will be speaking about virtual communities and other new modes of communication, UALC committee discussions, group discussions by topic, as well as UALC panelists addressing Howard's comments, will discuss these concepts as they relate to libraries, in general, and to UALC libraries and the UALC consortium, in particular.
